Tailored Features allow Enterprise merchants to exclude specific products, suppliers, or carriers from being protected under their Parcel Protect policy.
These settings give you more control over how your insurance applies across your catalogue and fulfilment workflow.
You can access these tools in the Merchant Portal under Customise Cover.
Who Can Use Tailored Features
Tailored Features are available to:
- Enterprise merchants, or
- Merchants with the tailored feature flag switched on in their account
If you believe you should have access but do not see the Customise Cover tab, contact Parcel Protect support.
Why You Might Use Tailored Features
You might exclude products if:
- A supplier already provides insurance
- Some couriers are already insured on your behalf
- You want to avoid double coverage
- You offer local pickup or non-standard fulfilment on some products
