Billing and Invoices

Parcel Protect bills merchants once a month for their insurance premium.  

Where to Find Your Invoices

In the Billing tab, you can:

  • View outstanding invoices
  • Pay invoices using a credit card
  • Download previous invoices
  • See your full billing history

How Billing Works

  • Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month
  • Payments are processed directly inside the Merchant Portal
  • You’re charged a percentage (%)of the insured value for each protected shipment*

*Insured goods shipped including freight cost. Premium rate includes applicable GST and any relevant government charges.   

This centralised view makes it easy to stay on top of your insurance costs.
