Where to Find Your Invoices
In the Billing tab, you can:
- View outstanding invoices
- Pay invoices using a credit card
- Download previous invoices
- See your full billing history
How Billing Works
- Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month
- Payments are processed directly inside the Merchant Portal
- You’re charged a percentage (%)of the insured value for each protected shipment*
*Insured goods shipped including freight cost. Premium rate includes applicable GST and any relevant government charges.
