Managing Users and Access Levels

In the Settings → Users section, you can manage who has access to your Merchant Portal. 

Parcel Protect supports three user roles: 

Admin

  • Full access
  • Can add or remove users 
  • Can edit account details and settings

Manager

  • Can view shipments, cases, billing, and documents
  • Can remove staff users 
  • Cannot change core account settings

Staff

  • Can view shipments, cases, and documents
  • Cannot edit settings or manage users

Adding or removing a user is as simple as selecting Add User, entering their email, and assigning a role.
