In the Settings → Users section, you can manage who has access to your Merchant Portal.
Parcel Protect supports three user roles:
Admin
- Full access
- Can add or remove users
- Can edit account details and settings
Manager
- Can view shipments, cases, billing, and documents
- Can remove staff users
- Cannot change core account settings
Staff
- Can view shipments, cases, and documents
- Cannot edit settings or manage users
Adding or removing a user is as simple as selecting Add User, entering their email, and assigning a role.
