Tracking and Managing Cases

The Cases tab gives you complete transparency over every case raised by your customers. 

What You Can See

Each case includes:

  • Issue type
  • Customer details
  • Order ID
  • Courier and delivery data
  • Case status
  • Resolution type (resupply or refund or store credit)

When you click into a case, you’ll see a case timeline, showing:

  • When the case was submitted
  • Each action taken by NTI’s team
  • Verification steps
  • Replacement or refund actions
  • Confirmation of final resolution

This makes it easy to follow progress or answer customer questions.
