What You Can See
Each case includes:
- Issue type
- Customer details
- Order ID
- Courier and delivery data
- Case status
- Resolution type (resupply or refund or store credit)
When you click into a case, you’ll see a case timeline, showing:
- When the case was submitted
- Each action taken by NTI’s team
- Verification steps
- Replacement or refund actions
- Confirmation of final resolution
This makes it easy to follow progress or answer customer questions.
