To make sure your exclusions work the way you expect, follow these recommendations:
1. Keep Names Consistent
Tag and supplier names must match your ecommerce store exactly — including spacing, capitalisation, and spelling.
2. Review Exclusions Regularly
As your product catalogue changes, you may want to adjust your exclusions.
3. Use Real Tracking Numbers for Testing
When checking carrier exclusions, use a real tracking number so Parcel Protect can accurately identify the carrier.
4. Start Small
If you’re testing exclusions for the first time, begin with a single tag or supplier before expanding.
5. Review Your Shipments Tab After Changes
This helps you confirm that exclusions are applied correctly and nothing is unintentionally left unprotected.
