Your Parcel Protect policy documents contain everything you need to know about your delivery insurance coverage. You can download them anytime from the Documents tab in your Merchant Portal.
1. Where to Find Your Documents
In the Merchant Portal, open the Documents tab to access:
- Policy Wording
- Policy Schedule
These documents outline the terms, conditions, inclusions, and exclusions for your coverage.
Each download is automatically logged with your:
- Name
- Date
- Time
This creates a record for compliance or internal auditing.
2. Policy Wording
Your Policy Wording explains:
- What types of delivery events are covered
- What is excluded
- How claims are assessed
- How settlement options work
- Obligations for merchants and customers
Coverage includes loss, damage, and theft during transit, up to your policy limits.
Exclusions include prohibited items such as:
- Second-hand goods
- Dangerous or restricted items
- Live animals or perishables
- High-value or unsupported product types

3. Policy Schedule
Your Policy Schedule outlines:
- Your coverage limit
- Your excess (Parcel Protect has nil excess)
- Applicable premium rate
- Any specific conditions relevant to your store
