Checking and Editing Exclusion Rules

Parcel Protect makes it easy to review and update your exclusion settings. 


How to Review Existing Rules

Go to Customise Cover, then select: 

  • Tags
  • Supplier
  • Carriers

Each section displays your current exclusions. 


How to Edit or Remove Rules 

  1. Select Edit
  2. Use the “X” next to a tag or supplier to remove it
  3. Toggle carriers on or off
  4. Save changes and confirm


How to Verify Exclusions Are Working

After editing:

  • Create or fulfil a test order
  • Visit the Shipments tab
  • Confirm the order shows as Unprotected
  • Hover the tooltip to see the exclusion reason

Multiple exclusions can apply to the same order, but only one reason is displayed.
