1. What Data Parcel Protect Uses
Parcel Protect requires specific fields to protect a shipment:
- A physical product
- A customer name
- A shipping address
- A fulfilled order status
- A delivery method
- Tracking number
- Courier
If any required data is missing or incomplete, the order may appear Unprotected in the Shipments tab.
2. Why Your Data Matters
Your data is used to:
- Sync shipments automatically
- Determine which orders are eligible for coverage
- Calculate the insured value of each order
- Support claim verification
- Keep your dashboard up to date
