For Shopify  

Parcel Protect integrates directly with Shopify. Follow these steps to install the app and begin setup. 

1. Install from the Shopify App Store 

1. Log into your Shopify admin.
2. Open the Shopify App Store and search “Parcel Protect.”
3. Select the Parcel Protect app and click Install App.

You can also install via the “Get Started” buttons across our website - parcelprotect.com.au. 

2. Approve Permissions

Shopify will show a list of permissions required for Parcel Protect to function. These allow the app to read your order data so we can insure fulfilled shipments and handle cases and claims end to end. 

Click Install and approve all required permissions. 

3. Confirm Installation

After app installation, Shopify redirects you to the Parcel Protect onboarding process.
To confirm the app is active: 

• Go to Settings → Apps and Sales Channels in Shopify
• Look for Parcel Protect in your installed apps

If it appears, installation is successful and you’re ready to complete onboarding.
