Customising Your Branded Case Experience

Make your case portal feel like a natural extension of your store by adding your logo and a custom background. 

To set up your branded case portal: 

  1. Go to Settings > Branding 
  2. Upload your logo (Accepted file formats: PNG & JPEG, Max 20MB) 
  3. Select a header style - choose Light or Dark depending on which best suits your logo 
  4. Upload a background image to reinforce your brand presence (Our recommended resolution range:  a minimum of 1920 x 775px maximum of 3840 x 1550px) 


To revert to the default case portal design: 

  1. Go to Settings > Branding 
  2. Click the bin icon on the logo and the background 
  3. Click save 
  4. Your case portal will automatically update to your new design  


Adding your case link to your website 

Once your branding is set up and saved, it will appear in the claim lodgement journey as part of your Branded Case Experience. Be sure to add the case link to your website - this makes it easy for customers to lodge a case whenever they need to. 

  1. Go to the Integrations tab and copy your case portal link 
  2. Add the hyperlink to the returns or support page of your website - we recommend labelling it something like "Lodge a delivery claim" or "Report a missing or damaged order" 
  3. Follow the steps on this page for further instructions for the different ways to embed the link on your site
