If Parcel Protect is uninstalled from your ecommerce store admin, your shipments will stop syncing.
Here’s how to reconnect everything:
1. Reinstall the App
- Go to the ecommerce platform provider App Store (e.g.: Shopify)
- Search Parcel Protect
- Click Install App
- Approve permissions
If you have a custom connection with us, contact the Parcel Protect team for support.
2. Log Back Into the Merchant Portal
After installation, your ecommerce store admin will redirect you back to the Parcel Protect onboarding screen.
Log in using your existing email and password.
3. Confirm Data Syncing
In the Merchant Portal:
- Open My Plan
- Ensure Data Connection: Active appears
- If not, refresh or click the reconnect link
4. Confirm Insurance Activation
Your insurance settings remain intact, but confirm:
- Your plan
- Your payment details
- Your case lodgment link is still present on your website
Once the data connection is restored, shipments will begin syncing again.
