In your Shipments tab, each order is marked Protected or Unprotected.

- It’s below the $10,000 item value limit
- It does not match an exclusion you’ve set
- It is compliant with NTI’s policy rules
Unprotected Orders
An order item(s) will appear Unprotected if:
- It exceeds the $10,000 limit
- It’s delivered outside Australia
- The product type is excluded under the NTI policy
- The shipment matches an exclusion rule (tag, supplier, carrier)
- It’s not a physical product
- It wasn’t fulfilled correctly in your ecommerce store
- It does not have a shipping address
