The Shipments tab displays every fulfilled order synced from your ecommerce store. This is where you can check whether an order is protected, understand why an order may be unprotected, and view shipment details.
What You Can See
Each shipment includes:
- Order number
- Order value
- Customer details
- Courier
- Shipment status
- Tracking number (if entered in your order)
- Premium applicable
- Protection status (Protected / Unprotected)
Protected vs Unprotected Shipments
A shipment appears as Protected if:
- It’s a physical product
- It was fulfilled
- It has a customer shipping address
- It isn’t excluded by tags, suppliers, or carriers
A shipment appears as Unprotected if:
- It does not have a customer shipping address
- It exceeds the $10,000 limit per item
- It is delivered outside Australia
- It was not shipped
- It matches an exclusion rule (tag, supplier, carrier)
- It contains restricted or excluded items. A full list of exclusions is outlined in the policy wording.
Hover over the tooltip next to the status to see the exact reason an order is unprotected.
Viewing Order Details
Click any shipment to see:
- Customer name
- Delivery address
- Itemised products
- Discount codes
- Shipping and carrier information
- Applied exclusions (if any)
