Activating Your Policy

Once all previous steps are complete, you’re ready to activate. 


1. Confirm Data Connection

Ensure your portal status shows:

  • Data Connection: Active
  • Insurance Status: Pending Activation


After activation:

  • Your insurance status will switch to Active
  • Your shipments begin syncing for protection
  • Your policy will be live


2. Select a Start Date

You can choose activation for:

  • Today
  • A future date

 

3. You’re Ready to Go

From here:

  • All fulfilled orders will be visible and eligible shipments are protected for delivery
  • You will see data populate under the Shipments tab. Eligible shipments will be flagged as protected.
  • Customers can lodge claims for any lost, damaged or stolen issues during delivery
  • All claims will be visible to you via the Cases tab, in real time

 

Parcel Protect is now fully active in your store.
