Once all previous steps are complete, you’re ready to activate.
1. Confirm Data Connection
Ensure your portal status shows:
- Data Connection: Active
- Insurance Status: Pending Activation
After activation:
- Your insurance status will switch to Active
- Your shipments begin syncing for protection
- Your policy will be live
2. Select a Start Date
You can choose activation for:
- Today
- A future date
3. You’re Ready to Go
From here:
- All fulfilled orders will be visible and eligible shipments are protected for delivery
- You will see data populate under the Shipments tab. Eligible shipments will be flagged as protected.
- Customers can lodge claims for any lost, damaged or stolen issues during delivery
- All claims will be visible to you via the Cases tab, in real time
Parcel Protect is now fully active in your store.
