Why Data Connection Matters
The app uses your store data to:
- Sync fulfilled orders
- Calculate insured values
- Track premiums
- Display shipment details
- Support claims resolution
If the data connection is inactive, your shipments cannot be protected.
If this occurs, the portal will prompt you to reconnect immediately.
